Minimum 10 participants

Welcome to an international hands- on course in Norway where Friluftsakademiet will teach its methods for building natural playgrounds in the forest. There will also be time for workshops where participants can share knowledge and learn from each other.
This course weekend is primarily intended for participants from outside Norway. If you live in Norway and are interested, please contact us at: naturlekeplassen@gmail.com

Outdoor accommodation
We offer a safe and peaceful forest area where you can camp freely. If you would like to borrow a tent or hammock, we provide this free of charge.

Indoor accommodation
If you prefer to sleep indoors, we can arrange simple rooms and cabins in the area for an additional fee.

Transport
By plane: To Trondheim Airport, Værnes (TRD), Norway
- Airport bus from Trondheim Airport to Ranheim Fabrikker E6, approx. 25 minutes
- We offer transport from Ranheim Fabrikker E6 to the course location, approx. 10 minutes

By train: To Trondheim Central Station (Trondheim S), Norway
- Bus from Trondheim S to Sæterbakken
- Bus number 10
- Approx. 20 minutes
- We offer transport from Sæterbakken to the course location, approx. 10 minutes

Program
Friday, September 11

20.00: Welcome and dinner
Friluftsakademiet welcomes participants, presents the program for the weekend, and serves dinner. After dinner, we conclude our organized program and invite participants to continue an informal gathering with opportunities to get to know each other and explore the area.

Saturday, September 12

08.00: Breakfast
09.00- 12:00: Practical natural playground building in the forest
Friluftsakademiet guides participants in its methods for practical construction of natural playgrounds in the forest. Participants work in groups and create several exciting natural play structures.
12.00- 13.00: Lunch
13.00- 15.00: Continued practical natural playground building
15.00- 16.30: Break
16.30- 19:00: Participant- led workshops
Participants are invited to share knowledge, experiences, and activities.
19.00: Dinner

After dinner, we conclude our organized program and invite participants to continue an informal gathering.

Sunday, September 13

08.00: Breakfast
09.00- 13.00: Continued practical natural playground building
13.00: Closing lunch

- Outdoor clothing suitable for the weather
- Sleeping bag and sleeping mat
- Tent or hammock if camping
